磁性材料是控制棒驱动机构的关键材料,对电机和电磁离合器有较大影响。普通碳钢纯铁具有良好的磁性能,但其抗腐蚀性差,不能满足环境要求。课题组对国内核电站控制棒驱动机构使用的磁性材料进行了调研,目前,压水堆控制棒驱动机构的驱动杆和钩爪的磁极和衔铁采用不锈钢磁性材料制造,主要牌号为0Cr13和1Cr13。课题组对0Cr13不锈钢的磁性能及磁化曲线进行了检测和分析,测试试样示于图1。
Magnetic material is the key material for the control rod drive mechanism and has a great influence on the motor and the electromagnetic clutch. Common carbon steel pure iron has good magnetic properties, but its corrosion resistance is poor, can not meet the environmental requirements. The research group conducted research on the magnetic materials used by the control rod driving mechanism of the nuclear power station in China. At present, the poles and armatures of the driving rod and the claw of the PWR driving rod driving mechanism are made of stainless steel magnetic materials, and the main grades are 0Cr13 and 1Cr13. Task group on the 0Cr13 stainless steel magnetic properties and magnetization curves were tested and analyzed, the test sample is shown in Figure 1.
