Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Mycoplasma putida (UU) are common pathogens causing genital infections in women and are an important cause of pelvic inflammatory disease and spontaneous abortion in women [1]. To investigate the effect of reproductive tract CT and UU infection on spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy, we used polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to detect CT and UU of cervical secretions in patients with spontaneous abortion and normal pregnancy, and reported the results.
