目的:观察夏桑菊颗粒对大鼠体内马来酸氯苯那敏代谢的影响。方法:以口服马来酸氯苯那敏的大鼠为阳性对照,比较夏桑菊颗粒与马来酸氯苯那敏同时口服时前者对后者药代动力学参数的影响。结果:夏桑菊颗粒与马来酸氯苯那敏同时口服时,低、高剂量(B、C)组都能使Cmax值升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),但只有高剂量组使AUC0~4h值明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:夏桑菊颗粒能使马来酸氯苯那敏在大鼠体内的血药浓度升高,对马来酸氯苯那敏的代谢有一定的影响。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xia Sang Ju granules on metabolism of chlorpheniramine maleate in rats. Methods: Oral chlorpheniramine maleate as a positive control, the shame chrysanthemum particles and chlorpheniramine maleate oral administration of the former when the latter pharmacokinetic parameters. Results: When Xia Sang Ju Granules were administered with chlorpheniramine maleate at the same time, the Cmax values were increased (P <0.05, P <0.01) in both low and high dose groups (B, C) ~ 4h value was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Xia Sang Ju granules can make chlorpheniramine maleate in rats increased plasma concentration of chlorpheniramine maleate metabolites have a certain impact.
