大庆决定建设高新技术产业开发区,靠高新技术产业开始了二次创业。那是从1992年开始的。 高新区功不可没 经过6年开发建设,大庆高新区已将200多项高新技术成果转化为现实生产力,开发生产出425种高新技术产品,70多种产品达到国内领先水平或国际先进水平,现已发展高新技术企业293家。 1994至1997年4年间,高新技术产业新增产值占大庆市区地方工业新增产值的比重平均达到23％,拉动地方工业增长11个百分点。高新技术产业已经成为大庆市最具活力的经济增长点,在全市发展替代产业,促进产业结构调整中的龙头作用已初步显现出来。 靠“山”吃“山” 摆在大庆人眼前最大的优势是丰富的石油、石化资源,发展
Daqing decided to build a high-tech industrial development zone, relying on high-tech industries to start a second venture. That started in 1992. After six years of development and construction, the Hi-tech Zone has transformed more than 200 high-tech achievements into practical productive forces. 425 high-tech products have been developed and produced, and over 70 kinds of products have reached the advanced level in China or the world. 293 high-tech enterprises have been developed. In the four years from 1994 to 1997, the newly-increased output value of high-tech industry accounted for 23% of the added value of local industry in Daqing’s urban area, driving the growth of local industry by 11 percentage points. High-tech industries have become the most dynamic economic growth point in Daqing City. The leading role in the development of alternative industries and the adjustment of industrial structure in the whole city has been initially shown. By the “mountain” to eat “mountain” placed in front of Daqing biggest advantage is the rich oil and petrochemical resources, development
