对海南红豆和南五味子的1年生实生容器苗进行3℃的低温胁迫处理后,研究其光合特性的变化。结果表明:低温胁迫处理后,海南红豆和南五味子幼苗叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔限制值(Ls)均下降,而叶片细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)上升。低温胁迫6 d后的海南红豆各项光合指标的变化幅度均比南五味子大,说明后者比前者更耐寒。
The changes of photosynthetic characteristics of 3-year-old perennial container seedlings of Hainan red bean and Schisandra chinensis under cold stress were studied. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr) and stomatal limitation (Ls) of Hainan red bean and Schisandra chinensis seedlings decreased after chilling treatment, but the intercellular CO2 Concentration (Ci) increased. After 6 days of low temperature stress, the photosynthetic changes of Hainan red beans were more than those of S. kansuensis, indicating that the latter was more tolerant to cold than the former.
