目的研究新疆一枝蒿药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法色谱柱:Inertsil ODS-3柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%的甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1 mL.min-1;检测波长:245 nm;柱温:32℃。结果该方法可使新疆一枝蒿中各成分得到较好的分离,并根据检测结果确定了14个共有指纹峰。结论该指纹图谱检测方法简便、重复性好,可作为新疆一枝蒿药材质量控制的重要方法。
Aim To study the HPLC fingerprint of Artemisia annua in Xinjiang and provide a reliable method for scientific evaluation and effective control of its quality. Method Column: Inertsil ODS-3 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% formic acid aqueous solution with gradient elution; flow rate: 1 mL.min-1; Temperature: 32 ℃. Results The method could make the constituents of Artemisia annua L. get better separation and determined 14 common fingerprint peaks according to the test results. Conclusion The fingerprint detection method is simple and reproducible, and can be used as an important method of quality control of Artemisia annua.
