目的优选乌梅炭炮制工艺。方法选择温度、翻炒频率、时间3个因素,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计,以实验小鼠凝血时间、止血时间、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物为指标,结合成品性状、收得率及直径大小,综合分析优选乌梅炭的炮制工艺。结果乌梅炭优选炮制工艺:235℃,翻炒频率80次/min,炒制7.5 min。结论优选的炮制工艺可操作性强,工艺稳定,凝血作用增强,外观符合“表面焦黑色,内部焦黄色”的炒炭存性要求。
Objective To optimize the processing technology of Wumei charcoal. Methods Three factors were selected: temperature, frying frequency, and time. L_9 (3~4) orthogonal test design was used. The clotting time, hemostatic time, water-soluble extract, and alcohol-soluble extract of experimental mice were used as indexes to combine the finished product traits. , Yield rate and diameter size, comprehensive analysis of Wumei charcoal processing technology. RESULTS: The brewing process of wumei charcoal was optimized: 235°C, frying frequency 80 times/min, and frying for 7.5 min. [Conclusion] The preferred processing technology has strong operability, stable process, enhanced coagulation, and the appearance meets the requirements of charcoal-existence of “surface black, internal yellow”.
