C反应蛋白(CRP)是由肝脏合成的一种急性时相反应蛋白,具有多种生物活性。其在细菌感染、风湿性疾病、恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病等方面的作用已经被证实并应用于临床。近年来CRP与糖尿病肾病的关系越来越受到重视,现就CRP在糖尿病肾病的发生发展、治疗、病理学等方面的研究进展做一综述。 C-reactive protein (CRP) is an acute phase reaction protein synthesized by the liver with a variety of biological activities. Its role in bacterial infections, rheumatic diseases, malignant tumors, cardiovascular diseases has been confirmed and applied to the clinic. In recent years, the relationship between CRP and diabetic nephropathy has drawn more and more attention. The progress of CRP in the development, treatment and pathology of diabetic nephropathy is reviewed.
