目的找出影响学校食堂饮食安全的危害因数,提出防控对策,提高食品卫生水平,保障学生的身体健康。方法学校食堂日常卫生监督及食堂卫生专项检查资料的回顾性分析。结果经过调查、分析,学校食堂存在有五个方面的主要卫生问题。结论针对学校食堂存在的主要卫生问题,采取相应防控对策,保障学生的身体健康和生命安全。
Objective To find out the harm factors that affect the diet safety of school canteens, propose prevention and control measures, improve the level of food hygiene and ensure the health of students. Methods Retrospective analysis of routine health supervision in school canteens and canteen health checkups. Results After investigation and analysis, there are five main health problems in school canteens. Conclusions Aiming at the main health problems in the school cafeteria, appropriate measures for prevention and control are taken to ensure the health and safety of students.
