Nephrotoxic effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents have been reported. These drugs, especially indomethacin, are used to treat various causes of nephrotic syndrome and seem to reduce proteinuria, but the long-term effect on primary kidney disease is not clear. The authors observed irreversible renal failure after steroid-resistant nephropathy with indomethacin. The authors randomly divided children with nephropathy into two groups of 15 people each with clonamide (0.2 mg / kg / day for 6 months) and one group with indomethacin (3 mg / kg / day for 6 month)
