源于中胚层的脂肪与骨髓组织中的干细胞,均具有多向分化潜能,在特殊的环境条件诱导下,可向神经细胞分化。多种物质如氢化考地松、丙戊酸、丁羟茴醚、弗司扣林、表皮生长因子和成纤维细胞生长因子、β-巯基乙醇等可对脂肪干细胞向神经细胞的分化进行调控。脂肪来源的干细胞向神经细胞分化应用于中枢神经损伤功能改变有一定的效果,是值得深入研究的课题之一。
Derived from the mesoderm and bone marrow stem cells in adipose tissue, have a multi-directional differentiation potential, under special environmental conditions, can differentiate into nerve cells. Adipose derived stem cells differentiate into nerve cells and have some effects on the functional changes of central nervous system injury, which is one of the topics deserving further study.
