腮腺肿瘤与面神经的关系有重要的外科意义。腮腺浅叶肿瘤仅需同时摘除浅叶,而深叶肿瘤则需摘除整个腮腺。因为腮腺手术时不暴露面神经难以区分深、浅叶,故术前确定肿瘤与面神经的关系非常必要。MRI较CT可形成更良好的软组织对比,更清晰地显示病变。作者应用MRI术前确定8例腮腺肿瘤位置,并检测其准确性。应用1.5 T超导MR成像仪,自旋回波序列。T_1WI:TR400～600 ms,TE 20 ms。T_2WI:TR2 000 ms,TE70～90 ms。矩阵256×256。层厚5mm,间隔1mm。8例患者
Parotid tumor and facial nerve relationship has important surgical significance. Parotid shallow tumor only need to remove the same time, while the deep lobular tumor removal of the entire parotid gland. Because parotid surgery does not expose the facial nerve is difficult to distinguish between deep and shallow leaves, it is necessary to determine the preoperative relationship between the tumor and facial nerve.
