为了探讨基层医院建立医学影像存储与传输系统(picture archiving and communication sytem PACS)的方法和应用的问题,实现各种影像网络化,诊断报告书写计算机化、标准化。我们建立基于小型服务器的局域网,CR、DR、CT、MRI等影像形成设备与服务器连接,通过服务器整合图像网络,传输到各显示终端(报告工作站、临床浏览工作站等)。该系统连续使用了3年多,证明PACS能使图像离线储存规范化,能提高工作效率及管理水平,并推动医生工作模式的转变。
In order to explore the method and application of establishing a medical image storage and transmission system (PACS) in primary hospitals, various imaging networks and computerized diagnosis reports were standardized and standardized. We build a small server-based LAN, CR, DR, CT, MRI and other imaging devices connected to the server through the server integrated image network, transmitted to the display terminal (reporting workstation, clinical browsing workstation, etc.). The system has been used continuously for more than three years, proving that PACS can standardize offline storage of images, improve work efficiency and management level, and promote the transformation of doctors’ working modes.
