在天津缝纫机零件某厂冲压车间以及在实验室重放该车间的录制噪声对豚鼠进行声暴露,观察动物的皮层听区诱发电位反应阈和毛细胞缺失率,结果如下:1.所有动物在声暴露停止后听阈均上升,24小时均未恢复正常,多数耳有永久性听力损失。2.随暴露时间延长,阈增大。3.听力恢复主要在暴露停止后的一周内。4.毛细胞的形态变化主要发生在第二圈和第三圈的外毛细胞。
Acoustic exposure to guinea pigs was performed at a press shop at a sewing machine factory in Tianjin and at the lab to reproduce the recording noise of the shop. The auditory cortex evoked potential response threshold and hair loss rate were observed. The results were as follows: 1. Listening thresholds were increased after the cessation of exposure, 24 hours did not return to normal, most of the ears have permanent hearing loss. With the extension of exposure, the threshold increases. 3. Hearing recovery mainly in the week after the cessation of exposure. 4. Hair cell morphological changes occur mainly in the second and third lap of outer hair cells.
