目的:优选鼻敏颗粒最佳成型工艺条件。方法:采用多指标对鼻敏颗粒制粒辅料进行筛选,在确定辅料的基础上,选择浸辅比、乙醇浓度、干燥温度因素进行L_9(3~4)正交试验,以成型率、溶化率、流动性、吸湿率为指标进行综合评分,再利用单因素法考察最佳干燥时间。结果:最佳成型工艺为以稠浸膏与糊精1∶1为处方,以80%的乙醇为润湿剂,干燥温度在70~80℃条件下烘干时间应控制在4h内。结论:该成型工艺稳定、可行、重复性高,可作为鼻敏颗粒的成型工艺。
Objective: To optimize the process conditions of nasal sensitive granules. Methods: The rhizobia granule excipients were screened by multiple indexes. Based on the determination of excipients, the orthogonal experiment of L_9 (3 ~ 4) , Liquidity, moisture absorption rate as a comprehensive index of indicators, and then use the single factor method to investigate the best drying time. Results: The best forming process was that the thickening extract was mixed with dextrin 1: 1, 80% ethanol was used as wetting agent, the drying time should be controlled within 4h under the condition of 70-80 ℃. Conclusion: The forming process is stable, feasible and highly reproducible. It can be used as the forming process of the nasal sensitive granules.
