目的:寻找短梗大参其治疗风湿性关节炎的有效成分。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱以及现代波谱技术对短梗大参的化学成分进行了系统的研究。结果:从短梗大参中分离出12个化合物,并分别鉴定为三对节酸(1),ser-janic acid(2),白桦脂酸(3),6β-羟基-3-羰基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-羧酸(4),3β-羟基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28,29-双羧酸-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(5),3β-羟基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28,29-双羧酸-29-甲酯-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(6),3β-羟基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28,29-双羧酸-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-28-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(7),东莨菪素(8),β-谷甾醇(9),胡萝卜苷(10),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(11),硬脂酸(12)。结论:上述化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To find the effective ingredients for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with short stems and senate. Methods: The chemical constituents of short stems and stems were systematically studied by silica gel column chromatography, preparative high performance liquid chromatography and modern spectroscopy. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated from short stems of Panax ginseng and identified as three pairs of acid (1), ser-janic acid (2), betulinic acid (3), 6β-hydroxy- 12-ene-28-carboxylic acid (4), 3β-hydroxy-oleanane-12-ene-28,29-dicarboxylic acid -3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside 5, 3β-hydroxy-oleanane-12-ene-28,29-dicarboxylate-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside (6) 12-ene-28,29-dicarboxylate-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-28-β-D-glucopyranoside (7) β-sitosterol (9), daucoster (10), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (11), stearic acid (12). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
