传统用于羊毛与聚酯混纺纺织产品定量分析的方法为化学溶解法,该方法费时费力。探讨了应用近红外法对此类产品进行定量分析,通过对样品分类整理和光谱预处理后,应用最小二乘法建立定量分析模型,最终建立的校正模型校正集标准差SEC为0.526 4,校正集预测值与真实值相关系数RC为0.997,模型预测效果较好。模型预测样品值与标准方法测试值进行方差分析,F值为1.015,小于临界值2.168,说明此方法与标准方法的结果无显著性差异。
The traditional method for the quantitative analysis of wool and polyester blended textile products is the chemical dissolution method, which takes time and effort. The quantitative analysis of these products by NIR method was discussed. After the samples were sorted and preprocessed by spectral preprocessing, the least square method was used to establish the quantitative analysis model. The standard deviation (SEC) of the calibration model was 0.526 4. The calibration set The correlation coefficient between predicted value and real value RC is 0.997, and the model predicts better effect. The ANOVAs of the model predicted sample values and the standard method test values were carried out with F value of 1.015 and less than the critical value of 2.168, indicating that there is no significant difference between this method and the standard method.
