理论法学在我国三十多年法学本科教育中历经火热与冰冷两重天境况,究其因乃教学中未有效展示出它的价值和功能。卓越法律人才教育要求以人才培养质量为核心,造就高素质法律人才,以实现与法律职业的对接。然而,若不突破理论法学的教学瓶颈,其作用依然无法发挥,高素质人才恐难培养。为此,要树立以学生为核心的教学理念,推出以培养学生法律思维能力为宗旨的“三步一主导”理论法学展示教学法,或许是理论法学教学的较好展开范式。、
