为优化湖南电网电压调节能力,建立了以网损最小为目标的电压无功优化控制模型,并建立了不依赖于状态估计结果的电压校正控制模型。以湖南电网为例,提出了以关口变电站高压侧无功为协调变量的电压协调控制方案,省调自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)系统向地调AVC系统下发关口无功调节范围和无功补偿方向指令。湖南省电压协调控制结果表明,该方案可有效降低系统网损,减少电压越限概率。
In order to optimize the voltage regulation capability of Hunan power grid, a voltage and reactive power optimization control model with minimum loss of network was established, and a voltage correction control model independent of state estimation was established. Taking Hunan Power Grid as an example, a voltage coordination control scheme based on high voltage side reactive power in Guankou substation is put forward. Provincial automatic voltage control (AVC) system sends gateway reactive power adjustment range to AVC system Reactive power compensation direction command. The results of Hunan Province voltage coordination control show that this scheme can effectively reduce the system loss and reduce the voltage over-limit probability.
