菠萝组织培养 采用皇后类(Queen)和开英类(Cay-enne)栽培种菠萝冠芽的叶腋芽进行组织培养获得成功。外植体在控制昼夜温度条件下,通过在液体培养基里震荡诱导芽的生长。当幼苗大约为20毫米长时,即转移到固体生根培养基上诱导生根。通过改良培养基,可诱导小苗形应复芽。每个芽都能长成一个小植株。当幼苗长到100毫米高时,即可移栽于温室内最后再移到大田种植。采用这一方法,一个冠芽(大约有40个腋芽)一年可繁殖2000株苗。
Pineapple Tissue Culture Tissue culture was successfully performed using the axillary buds of the leaves of Queen and Queen Cay-enne cultivars. The explants induced shoot growth by shaking in liquid medium under controlled day and night temperature conditions. When the seedlings are about 20 mm long, they are transferred to a solid rooting medium to induce rooting. By modifying the medium, seedlings should be able to induce buds. Each bud can grow into a small plant. When the seedlings grow to 100 mm high, they can be transplanted in the greenhouse and finally moved to field planting. Using this method, a crown bud (about 40 axillary buds) can reproduce 2000 seedlings per year.
