贵州某磷矿五氧化二磷品位26.43%、氧化镁含量3.82%,针对该磷矿中氧化镁含量高的特点,采用常温单一反浮选的方法进行提磷脱镁试验.试验结果表明:在矿粉-0.074 mm含量达到70.2%条件下,分别以硫酸和磷酸作为抑制剂,提磷脱镁指标均较好;以硫酸作为抑制剂时,可获得精矿五氧化二磷品位为31.69%,氧化镁含量为0.89%,回收率为96.95%的指标;以磷酸作为抑制剂时,可获得精矿五氧化二磷品位为31.63%,氧化镁含量为0.98%,回收率为97.01%的指标.
