采用乙醇吸收的方法,在吸收塔和解吸塔中分别实现丁二烯与轻组分和丁二烯与重组分的分离。利用Aspen Plus对此吸收-解吸系统进行了模拟与优化,确定了总吸收剂用量和新鲜吸收剂用量,得到了吸收塔和解吸塔最优的工艺参数。
Using the method of ethanol absorption, the separation of butadiene and light components and butadiene and heavy components are respectively realized in the absorption tower and the desorption tower. The Aspen Plus was used to simulate and optimize the absorption-desorption system. The total amount of absorbent and the amount of fresh absorbent were determined. The optimum technological parameters of the absorption tower and desorption tower were obtained.
