本文用氢化考的松造成免疫抑制模型,观察具有益气养血功效的养真方(由熟地、党参、黄芪、拘杞子、阿胶等组成)及拆方对模型的免疫调节作用。结果表明,氢考对照组的T_H细胞明显低于正常对照组(p<0.05),T_s细胞亦降低,但无明显差异。用养真方、补气、补阴药的三组动物与正常对照无差异。服用该方及补气、补阴组分动物PFC上升到正常组水平,此外服药的三组动物的LIF亦明显升高,说明该方及补气、补阴药物具有调节T细胞亚群及细胞免疫功能,并能增强体液免疫反应,它们还能延长脾细胞体外培养的存活率。
In this article, we use immunodegradation model to study the immunomodulatory effects of the yam-replenisher (composed of Rehmannia, Codonopsis, Radix Astragali, Radix Astragali, and Ejiao) and the disassembled prescription. The results showed that the T_H cells in the hydrogen test control group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (p<0.05), and the T_s cells were also decreased, but there was no significant difference. There were no differences between the three groups of animals with nourishing prescriptions, qi supplements, and yin replenishing drugs and normal controls. The PFC of this group and the animals with qi and yin supplementation rose to the level of the normal group. In addition, the LIF of the three groups of animals treated also significantly increased, indicating that the side and qi and yin drugs have regulatory T cell subsets and cells. Immune function, and can enhance the humoral immune response, they can also extend the survival rate of splenocytes in vitro culture.
