目的 了解全日制民办学校学生的营养状况及膳食结构,探索一些可供推广的解决学生营养问题的可能办法。 方法 采用4 日称重法对深圳市一所全日制民办学校9 ~12 岁学生共1 189 人进行营养调查。 结果 该校9 ~12 岁学生的每日平均热能、蛋白质、铁、视黄醇、VPP、VC 的摄入量均达到或超过RDA,但钙、锌、VB1 ,VB2 偏低。学生的身高与体重显著超过全国参考值( P< 0 .05) ,体重接近甚至超过 WHO 参考值,但身高与WHO 参考值尚有一定差距。贫血率低于全国平均水平。 结论 该校9 ~12 岁学生营养状况良好,膳食结构基本合理。本研究显示,有营养师指导,加上合理的膳食管理制度,是解决学生营养问题的可行办法
Objective To understand the nutritional status and dietary structure of students in full-time private schools and to explore some possible solutions to the nutritional problems of students. Methods A 4-day weighing method was used to conduct a nutritional survey of 1,189 students aged 9 to 12 in a full-time private school in Shenzhen. Results The average daily caloric, protein, iron, retinol, VPP and VC intake of 9-12-year-old students in the school reached or exceeded the RDA, but the calcium, zinc, VB1 and VB2 were low. The height and weight of students significantly exceeded the national reference value (P <0 .05), body weight close to or even exceeded the WHO reference value, but the height and WHO reference value is still a gap. The anemia rate is below the national average. Conclusion The 9 to 12-year-old students in the school have good nutrition status and reasonable dietary structure. This study shows that having a dietitian’s guidance, coupled with a reasonable dietary management system, is a viable solution to the nutritional problems of students
