Fairness includes content fair, fair results and fair procedures. For employee motivation, fairness is the foundation and fairness is the goal. Fairness is the key. The symbol of procedural fairness is equality of opportunity and acting according to rules. Procedural fairness has become the focus of human resources management in the new era.
