为解决制丝烟包解包工序烟叶、纸片散落造成烟叶浪费和生产现场凌乱的问题,通过ABB机器人程序的优化设计改造,重新设计ABB机器人取外箱、内箱、上纸片、下纸片的程序,优化ABB机器人运行路径,调整动作之间衔接速度。改造后解包工序设备运行平稳,烟叶浪费减少,解包工序生产现场得以改善。设备有效作业率提升了10%,每批次烟叶浪费减少4kg。
