采用体外细胞毒活性追踪方法 ,应用低压柱层析 ,中压柱层析 ,高效液相等色谱技术从采自西沙永兴岛的丰头皮海绵 ( Suberitestylobtusa Levi)脂溶性部分中分得了 18个化合物。运用多种光谱技术鉴定了其中7个化合物 ,分别为对羟基苯甲酸 ,对羟基苯乙酰胺 ,3-吲哚甲酸 ,3-吲哚甲醛 ,6-溴 - 3-吲哚甲酸 ,胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷 ,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。其中对羟基苯乙酰胺文献报道具有一定的抗肿瘤活性 ,体外对小鼠淋巴性白血病细胞 ( P388)的 ED50 值为 0 .5μg·m L-1,体内对淋巴细胞性白血病小鼠 T/C值为 140 % [1]。其它化合物的结构测定及生物学活性研究仍在进行中
