基于渗流连续性方程、Darcy渗流定律、质量守恒方程、线性滤过定律及压力降方程,建立了水泥浆锋面扩散理论模型,分析了渗滤效应下水泥颗粒的运移滤出机制和浆液锋面的扩散规律;应用自主研发的模型试验系统,研究了水泥浆锋面压力的动态变化规律,并与理论值进行了对比分析.结果表明,在渗滤效应作用下,沉积层渗透系数沿浆液扩散距离增大;锋面速度变化率与沉积层渗透系数呈负相关;特定扩散距离处,锋面压力降p’呈先增后减,而锋面压力p及平均单位压力降ΔP’呈先减后增趋势;锋面压力理论值与试验值偏差率仅为.10%~26%,两者吻合度较高.研究结论可指导注浆设计,对实际工程具有一定的应用价值.
Based on seepage continuity equation, Darcy seepage law, mass conservation equation, linear filtration law and pressure drop equation, a theoretical model of cement slurry front diffusion was established. The mechanism of cement leachate diffusion under cement infiltration was analyzed. The dynamic change law of the frontal pressure of the cement slurry was studied by using a self-developed model test system and compared with the theoretical value. The results show that under the effect of percolation, the permeability coefficient of the sediment increases along the diffusion distance The frontal pressure drop p ’first increases and then decreases, while the frontal pressure p and the average unit pressure drop ΔP’ decrease first and then increase; the front The deviation between the theoretical value of pressure and the experimental value is only 10% ~ 26%, and the coincidence degree between them is high.The conclusion of the research can guide the grouting design and has certain practical value for practical engineering.
