蚕蛹多糖提取工艺的研究

目的:研究蚕蛹多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用单因素实验法分别考察了提取时间、提取温度和料液比对蚕蛹多糖提取率的影响,通过正交试验优化提取工艺条件。结果:热水浸提法的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间10h,温度100℃,料液比1∶10。结论:热水浸提法蚕蛹多糖提取率可达到93.78%,其中温度对蚕蛹多糖提取率有显著影响。 Objective: To study the best extraction technology of polysaccharide from silkworm pupae. Methods: The effects of extraction time, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio on extraction rate of polysaccharide from silkworm pupae were studied by single factor experiment. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiment. Results: The optimum conditions of hot water extraction were: extraction time 10h, temperature 100 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:10. Conclusion: The extraction rate of polysaccharides from silkworm pupae by hot water extraction can reach 93.78%, and the extraction temperature has a significant effect on the polysaccharides extraction rate of silkworm pupae.
