1996年6月,Ariane5火箭发射失败,导致数十亿美元的巨大损失,原因就是在四上运行的算法拿到了五上用,但它的处理器换了,导致了数据溢出,所以发射37秒后坠毁。这次失败催生了一种避免数据溢出的技术,这就是软件运行时错误检测工具(Polyspace)。日前,2013SIMULINK巡回研讨会在我国四个城市先后上演,主办会议的Mathworks公司是数学计算软件领域世界领先的开发商,本刊记者采访了该公司中国区应用工程师团队经理魏奋先生。
