目的:了解三花接骨散使血清内生长激素(GH)的浓度变化与其促进骨折愈合的机理。方法:骨折后3、7、14、28日断头取血,用鼠生长激素放免试剂测定血清中GH浓度。同时取垂体称重量,石蜡包埋切片进行垂体GH免疫组化染色,测定GH细胞面积及GH细胞内激素含量。结果:服三花接骨散14天的骨折组血清GH浓度和垂体GH细胞内激素含量均增高。结论:服药后血清GH增高可能是三花接骨散促进骨折愈合的原因之一。
Objective: To understand the concentration of growth hormone (GH) in serum and its mechanism of promoting fracture healing. Methods: Blood was taken from the head of the fracture on the 3rd, 7th, 14th, and 28th days after the fracture. The concentration of GH in the serum was measured with the mouse growth hormone radioimmunoassay reagent. At the same time, the pituitary was weighed and paraffin-embedded sections were used for pituitary GH immunohistochemical staining to determine GH cell area and GH cell hormone content. RESULTS: Serum GH concentration and pituitary GH cell hormone content were increased in the Fifteen-day fracture-treated group. Conclusion: The increase of serum GH after taking medicine may be one of the reasons that Sanhua Jiegusan promotes fracture healing.
