过敏性紫癜（HSP）是儿童较为常见的血管炎性反应性疾病。临床表现除皮肤紫癜外,还常有过敏性皮疹、关节肿痛、腹痛、便血和血尿等。2000年1月至2009年12月我院共收治新发HSP患儿58例,笔者对其病例资料进行了回顾性分析,旨在了解其临床特点。
