黄淮海平原是由黄淮海河流冲积和洪积而成。其耕地面积和粮食总产量占全国的1/5。但其中低产出却有1.44×10~7hm~2,占全区耕地面积的80%以上。全区仍有40%的宜建林网面积和42%宜林农间作地尚未造林。就是现有的林网也是缺株断带,树种单调,品种退化,病虫危害严重,长势衰退;林带的配置大多为单层林,沟坡、河堤坡裸露,淤积严重,防护功能低。山此可见,充分利用平原的土地资源,在田、路、沟坡、渠坡、河道两岸、四旁隙地,建立农田综合性防护林体系保障农业的稳步增长,具有重要意义。本文试在对黄淮海地区农田防护林全面调查並对该区邵店、大庙两乡镇农区综合性防护林体系试点基础上,对黄淮海农区综合性防护林技术进行了如下探讨。
The Huang-Huai-Hai Plain is formed by alluvial and alluvial accretions of the Huang-Huai-Hai River. Its cultivated area and total grain output accounted for 1/5 of the country. As can be seen from the mountain, it is of great significance to make full use of the land resources in the plain and to establish a comprehensive farmland protection system to ensure the steady growth of agriculture in fields, roads, ditch slopes, drainage slopes, banks of the river and four sides of the road. Based on a comprehensive investigation of the farmland shelterbelt in Huang-Huai-Hai region and pilot projects on the comprehensive shelterbelt system in rural areas in Shaodian and Diantu townships in this area, the paper discusses the comprehensive shelterbelt technology in the Huanghuaihai rural area as follows.
