目的分析北京市通州区6~14岁中小学生体质指数对血脂的影响。方法采用分层整群抽样方法选取通州区监测哨点的8所中小学校6~14岁学生为调查对象,测量其身高、体重,计算体质指数。采集空腹静脉血检测血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。采用非条件logistic回归方法分析血脂异常的影响因素。结果共对北京市通州区514名学生进行调查,其中男生268人、女生246人。血脂异常人数115例,异常率为22.4%。非条件logistic回归分析显示,年龄越大(OR=1.726)、超重/肥胖(OR=1.154)的中小学生发生血脂异常的可能性越高,且BMI与血清TG、LDL-C水平呈正相关(r=0.331、0.131),与血清HDL-C水平呈负相关(r=-0.303)。结论通州区6~14岁中小学生血脂异常率较高,年龄和超重/肥胖是血脂异常的危险因素,BMI影响血清TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of body mass index of 6-14 year old primary and middle school students in Tongzhou District of Beijing on blood lipid. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 8 primary and secondary school students from 6 to 14 years old in the monitoring sentinel area of Tongzhou District as the survey object, measuring their height and weight, and calculating body mass index. Fasting venous blood samples were collected for determination of plasma TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C levels. Non-conditional logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of dyslipidemia. Results A total of 514 students in Tongzhou District of Beijing were investigated, including 268 boys and 246 girls. 115 cases of dyslipidemia, the abnormal rate was 22.4%. Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the incidence of dyslipidemia in older students (OR = 1.726), overweight / obesity (OR = 1.154), and the positive correlation between BMI and serum TG and LDL-C = 0.331,0.131), which was negatively correlated with serum HDL-C level (r = -0.303). Conclusions The prevalence of dyslipidemia in primary and secondary school students aged 6-14 years in Tongzhou District is high. Age and overweight / obesity are risk factors for dyslipidemia. BMI affects serum TG, LDL-C and HDL-C levels.
