目的进一步了解我省各级疾控机构的水质检测水平,提高实验室检测结果的准确性和可比性。方法采用计算稳健Z比分数(Z)的统计方法对检测结果进行分析,|Z|≤2为满意,2<|Z|<3为可疑,|Z|≥3为不满意。结果 94个检测机构中93.6%报送了检测结果;其中锰项目检测结果满意率、可疑率和不满意率分别为70.2%、3.2%和26.6%;亚硝酸盐氮项目检测结果满意率、可疑率和不满意率分别为74.5%、4.3%和21.3%。结论通过质控考核,各检测机构能及时发现检测分析中存在的问题,查找可疑和不满意结果出现的原因,并进行有效整改,保证报告数据的准确性。
Objective To understand the level of water quality testing of disease control agencies at all levels in our province and to improve the accuracy and comparability of laboratory test results. Methods The test results were analyzed by using the statistical method of calculating the Z score (Z), which was satisfied when | Z | ≤2, suspicious for 2 <| Z | <3 and | Z≥3 as unsatisfactory. Results 93.6% of the 94 testing institutes submitted the test results. The satisfaction rate, suspicious rate and dissatisfaction rate of the manganese test results were 70.2%, 3.2% and 26.6%, respectively. The results of the nitrite nitrogen test were satisfactory and suspicious Rates and dissatisfaction rates were 74.5%, 4.3% and 21.3% respectively. Conclusion Through the quality control examination, all testing organizations can find out the problems in testing and analysis in time, find out the causes of the suspicious and unsatisfactory results, and carry out effective rectification to ensure the accuracy of the reported data.
