众所周知,仿琼斯型湿式强磁选机的主要缺点有齿板介质的堵塞和细粒矿物损失大。前一缺点采取了许多措施,如强化强磁选前的弱磁选作业、严格脱除木渣和用高压水冲洗齿板,已基本解决;而后一缺点还在探索合适的方法以求解决。本文从常规型齿板的气隙空间场图分析入手,找出细粒矿物损失大的主要原因,并从齿板结构合理设计上加以改进,以减少细粒矿物的损失。所得结论可供生产参考。
As we all know, imitation Jones-type wet magnetic separator main shortcomings of gear plate medium plugging and the loss of fine-grained minerals. A number of measures have been taken in the former shortcomings, such as strengthening the weak magnetic separation before strong magnetic separation, strictly removing the wood residue and flushing the tooth plate with high-pressure water, which has basically been solved; and then, a shortcoming is still to explore suitable methods for solving the problem. In this paper, we start with the analysis of the air gap field of conventional tooth plates, find out the main reasons for the large loss of fine minerals and improve the reasonable design of tooth plate structure to reduce the loss of fine-grained minerals. The conclusions obtained for the production of reference.
