为融入“一带一路”战略,江苏提出统筹考虑徐连一体化的构想。作为一项系统性大工程,徐连一体化建设应循序渐进,通过两市分别建设一体化试验区,为两市将来全面实现一体化积累经验。京杭大运河秦洪桥段分布着运河沿线最大的煤港和全国第二大铁路编组场,并已开通“连云港—徐州”的海河联运。徐州的一体化试验区建在此地,让海港为河港提供出海通道,河港为海港拓展腹地空间,可以有力地促进沿东陇海线经济带建设和徐连一体化的进程。
In order to be integrated into the “Belt and Road” strategy, Jiangsu proposed the concept of co-ordinating the integration of Xu and Lian. As a systematic major project, XuLian’s integration construction should be gradual and step by step, through the establishment of an integrated experimental zone respectively by the two cities so as to fully integrate the experience gained by both cities in the future. The section of Qinhang Bridge along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal covers the largest coal port along the canal and the second largest railway complex in the country. It has also opened the “Lianyungang-Xuzhou” sea-river intermodal transport. The integrated experimental zone of Xuzhou is built here so that the harbor can provide sea ports for the river port. The river port can expand the hinterland space for the harbor and can strongly promote the process of the integration of the economic belt along the East Longhai Line and Xu Lian.
