鉴于潍坊市北部地区地下水超采严重,在利用地下水井成井资料分析潍坊市北部地区水文地质条件的基础上,运用地下水数值模拟方法、指标定额法对潍坊市北部地区不同规划水平年的供需水量进行分析预测,进而拟定三种水资源配置方案,对比分析了不同方案下的地下水超采量。结果表明,研究区多年平均地下水补给量为22 323×10~4 m~3,排泄量为27 635×10~4 m~3,地下水系统处于负均衡状态,均衡量为-5 312×10~4 m~3;水资源配置方案Ⅲ在满足水资源供需平衡的同时,地下水超采量由现状年的5 618×10~4 m~3减少到2020、2030年的0m~3,为最佳配置方案。
In view of the severe over-exploitation of groundwater in the northern area of Weifang, based on the analysis of the hydrogeological conditions in the northern area of Weifang by using the data of the formation of underground water wells, the groundwater supply and demand were measured by the groundwater numerical simulation method and the index quota method in the northern part of Weifang City Analyze and forecast, and then draw up three kinds of water resources allocation schemes, and compare and analyze groundwater overdraft volumes under different schemes. The groundwater system was in a state of negative equilibrium with an average of -5 312 × 10 ~ 4 m ~ 3; Water Resources Allocation Scheme Ⅲ While meeting the water supply and demand balance, the over-exploitation of groundwater is reduced from 5 618 × 10 ~ 4 m ~ 3 in the current year to 2020 and 0 m ~ 3 in 2030, which is the best Configuration.
