练气功离不开气,练真功离不开真气,什么是真气?众说纷纭,尚无定论,气功的定义也尚未统一。依据气功功法内涵,大体可把气功分为三大类型:第一类,无意型,类似于保健操、体操。以肢体运动为主,不讲气脉,不讲意念,但有“气感”而已;第二类,是有为型,以气脉为途径,如大小周天、中脉等,以意领气,导引、吐纳、观想、守窍、开穴等;第三类,是无为型,以修止得定,身心空寂为主,除掉妄念,或转变妄念等功法。
