目的经过64排螺旋CT三维重建明确诊断儿童髁突骨折类型,制定适宜的治疗计划,使患儿达到最佳愈合状态。方法收集自2010年6月至2011年6月就诊的6例儿童髁突骨折患者,全部经64排CT三维重建,明确诊断骨折移位类型及骨短端错位程度,严格选择手术适应证。结果 6例患儿最长9个月,最短1个月时间观察,恢复均良好。结论 64排螺旋CT三维重建应作为下颌髁突骨折的常规检查。
Objective After 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction of a clear diagnosis of condylar fractures in children, to develop appropriate treatment plan so that children achieve the best healing state. Methods Six cases of condylar fractures were collected from June 2010 to June 2011. All patients underwent three-dimensional reconstruction of 64-slice CT to confirm the type of fracture dislocation and the degree of dislocation of the short side of the bone. Strict indications of surgical indications were selected. Results 6 cases of children up to 9 months, the shortest 1 month time observation, the recovery was good. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction should be used as a routine examination of mandibular condyle fractures.
