现拟设计方案的桐子林水电站闸坝工程是建于深厚而抗力及抗渗能力低的粉砂质粘土覆盖层软基上的,计划采用结构型式较特殊且迄今在坝工界很少被采用的大型钢筋混凝土沉井和承重墙加固措施,对软基进行围固,形成复式“井”字形网格传力结构体系,设想将来自上部闸坝等结构的荷载经该体系直接传递到基岩中去,以减少坝基的开挖量,节省工程投资。本文据工程的地质条件、结构特性、现拟设计方案及可能的施工过程,从工程的渗流和稳定要求等方面进行了多种工况的非线性有限元计算分析,评估闸坝段区的渗流、结构受力及稳定特性,初步研究论证了软基建坝和现拟设计方案的可行性
