探索了用水平连铸的方法制备BFe30-1-1铜合金空心管坯的技术,在实验室成功制备了φ83mm×20mm空心管坯。对管坯的表面质量,凝固组织及力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,采用合适的熔铸工艺参数,可以用水平连铸的方法制备BFe30-1-1铜合金空心管坯。
The technology of preparing BFe30-1-1 hollow copper alloy tube by horizontal continuous casting was explored. The hollow tube of φ83mm × 20mm was successfully prepared in the laboratory. The surface quality of the tube, solidification microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that the BFe30-1-1 copper alloy hollow shell can be prepared by horizontal continuous casting with appropriate casting process parameters.
