铁路线路在长期运营过程中,道床易形成板结、排水不畅、翻浆冒泥、路基沉降、线位变化等基础病害。必须要对线路道床定期清筛中修,进行彻底的基础病害整治。全路第六次大提速后,在高速度、高密度、重载荷的共同作用下,清筛道床后的线路变化周期更快,几何尺寸稳定时间更短,技术标准要求更高。在既有线200km/h区段进行大机清筛道床中修的恢复细整中轨面控制遇到了一些新的问题。本文以2007年京沪线下行K915.3-K953地段大机清筛道床中修细整轨面控制中出现的几个方面的问题进行分析与探索,对同类施工有一定的借鉴意义。

In the existing line of 200km / h section of large machine cleaning bed repair middle and fine track surface control encountered some new problems. This article analyzes and probes into several problems that occurred in the control of fine orbit rail surface in the K915.3-K953 section of the Beijing-Shanghai line down K915.3-K953 in 2007, which is of some reference to the similar construction.
