耐久跑教材从小学三年级开始一直延伸到大学二年级,但是其竞技性的考核评价标准和军事性的“一刀切”操作令大多数学生对耐久跑练习望而生畏,失去了参与的兴趣。基于此,教师在课堂教学中应以人为本,以学生发展为中心,关注学生练习的情感体验,在循序渐进的教学原则下注重耐久跑教学的组织方法、内容、手段等的合理安排和创新,以有效调动学生参与耐久跑练习的积极性和主动性。
