有专家指出,网络化仅仅是信息化的形式,丰富的教育信息资源和方便快捷地获取方式才是信息化的内容和实质。校园网建设的核心问题在于教育信息资源的建设。当前,我国教育信息化呈现出前所未有的发展态势,但随着硬件建设水平的提高和学校对教育资源产品需求的持续升温,教育资源建设与实际需求的矛盾日渐突出。很多学校的计算机网络设备没有能够发挥它应有的作用和价值。教育资源建设成了教育信息化和现代化的瓶颈。如何克服教育资源中心建设推进“校校通”工程的深入这一难题成为广大教育工作者关注的焦点。本文从实际工作经验出发,探讨了校园网教育资源中心如何设计、如何构建,教育资源如何规范,如何解决来源问题,资源中心为谁服务、如何服务等问题。其中,积极与周边学校合作,发挥各自的特长和优势来共同完成教育资源中心建设的成功经验值得借鉴。
Some experts pointed out that the network is only the form of information technology, rich educational information resources and easy access to information is the content and substance. The core problem of campus network construction lies in the construction of educational information resources. At present, the education informationization in our country has shown an unprecedented trend of development. However, with the improvement of hardware construction and the continuous increase of demand for education resource products in schools, the contradiction between the construction of educational resources and the actual needs has become increasingly prominent. Many schools of computer network equipment failed to play its due role and value. The construction of educational resources has become the bottleneck of education informatization and modernization. How to overcome the difficulty of promoting the construction of education resources center and promoting the “school-school communication” project has become the focus of educators. Based on the practical work experience, this paper discusses how to design the campus education resource center, how to construct it, how to regulate the education resource, how to solve the source problem, how to serve the resource center and how to serve it. Among them, it is worth learning from the successful experience of actively cooperating with neighboring schools and exerting their respective strengths and advantages to jointly accomplish the construction of educational resource centers.
