《小学语文教法》是高职院校初等教育专业的一门专业基础课程,在培养学生职业能力方面有着举足轻重的地位,学生的职业能力决定其未来在能否适应并胜任小学语文教学工作岗位。因此,高职院校应加强在《小学语文教法》课程对学生职业能力的培养,其有效途径包括应树立培养学生职业关键能力的课程观;注重学生文化修养的培养,在小学语文教法教学中提高学生文化品位;改革《小学语文教法》课程教学,调动学生学习积极性;充分发挥《小学语文教法》的学科特点,加强学生“听、说、读、写”的职业能力;改革《小学语文教法》课程评价体系,采取多元化的考核评价方式。
