本文用Ｃ５７小鼠观察了向日葵籽对过氧化脂质及细胞表面电荷的影响。结果显示，在饲喂向日葵籽组，Ｃ５７小鼠肝、脾过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）含量明显低于对照组，脾细胞电泳率（ＳＬ一ＥＰＭ）明显高于相应对照组，表明了向日葵籽具有抗氧化作用。
The effects of sunflower seeds on lipid peroxidation and cell surface charge were observed in C57 mice. The results showed that in the sunflower seed group, the liver and spleen lipid peroxide (LPO) content of C57 mice was significantly lower than that of the control group. The electrophoretic rate of spleen cells (SL-EPM) was significantly higher than that of the corresponding control group, indicating sunflower seeds. Has antioxidant effect.
