本文报导33例不同病因,引起40例次快速室上性心律失常发作,采用食道心房调搏治疗,取得了较好的疗效。一、材料与方法 1.一般资料: (1)性别与年龄:本组33例,其中男18例,女15例。年龄22～79岁。 (2)病种:预激综合征(以下简称WPW)10例(包括隐匿性WPW),冠心或肺心伴有WPW 3例,房室结双通道(以下简称DP)11例,冠心病5例,病毒性心肌炎、风湿心、低血钾及原因未明的室上速各1例。 (3)心律失常类型:阵发性室上速(PSVT)
This article reported 33 cases of different causes, causing 40 cases of subacute supraventricular arrhythmia attack, the use of esophageal atrial pacing therapy and achieved good results.
