目的探讨B细胞易位基因1(BTG1)与AKT1的表达与乳腺癌侵袭之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化法及免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测正常乳腺组织、乳腺纤维腺瘤组织及乳腺癌组织中的BTG1、AKT1表达。结果⑴乳腺癌组织的分期越高,BTG1基因表达越弱,纤维瘤组织与正常乳腺组织的BTG1基因表达明显增强。纤维瘤组、正常组与乳腺癌组相比差异均非常明显(P<0.01)。纤维瘤组与正常组相比差异不明显(P>0.05)。AKT1随乳腺癌组织分期的升高表达逐渐增强,纤维瘤组与正常组的AKT1表达明显减弱,纤维瘤组、正常组与乳腺癌组相比差异均非常明显(P<0.01)。纤维瘤组与正常组相比差异不明显(P>0.05)。⑵BTG1在正常组中高表达,在乳腺癌组低表达。BTG1在纤维瘤组、正常组与乳腺癌组相比差异显著。AKT1在乳腺癌组高表达,在纤维瘤组、正常组与乳腺癌组之间有统计学差异。结论 BTG1和AKT1的表达与乳腺癌的发展、侵袭关系密切,可为判定预后提供一定的依据。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of B cell translocation gene 1 (BTG1) and AKT1 and the invasion of breast cancer. Methods The expressions of BTG1 and AKT1 in normal breast tissue, breast fibroadenoma and breast cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results (1) The higher the staging of breast cancer, the weaker the expression of BTG1 gene and the stronger expression of BTG1 gene in fibromas and normal breast tissues. There were significant differences between fibroid group, normal group and breast cancer group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between fibroid group and normal group (P> 0.05). The expression of AKT1 increased with the stage of breast cancer. The expression of AKT1 in fibroid group and normal group was significantly weaker than that in normal breast cancer group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between fibroid group and normal group (P> 0.05). ⑵ BTG1 in normal group high expression, low expression in breast cancer group. BTG1 in the fibroma group, normal group and breast cancer group compared to significant differences. AKT1 was highly expressed in breast cancer group, and there was a significant difference between fibroid group, normal group and breast cancer group. Conclusion The expressions of BTG1 and AKT1 are closely related to the development and invasion of breast cancer, which may provide some evidence for the prognosis.
