新疆农垦科学院新技术推广办及农机所,根据新疆具有丰富的棉籽壳及作物秸秆可作为食用菌科研生产的良好条件,经过最近两年来的努力,从自治区外先后引进光背、毛背木耳品种7个,香菇品种6个、平菇品种工8个、猴头品种3个、红灵芝、金针菇等品种数十个。经品比试验,筛选出产量高、品质好、抗杂菌能力强的“817”木耳菌种,其特点是菌丝生长盛旺,生物转化率达179.1%;平菇类以“北京白”产量较高,比“西安黑”增产33.3%,生物转化率为142.8%,居参试品种之冠,“佛罗里达”名列第二;香菇以“苏香1号28—2”较佳,转色、出菇快、产量高,金针菇以“09”较好,抗逆性强。
